In consideration of being granted access to the “21-Hour Master Class Series” (including but not limited to the CUB, LIP, and other master class sessions) conducted by Pelican College (“the Instructor”), the undersigned participant (“the Student”) agrees as follows:
1. Confidential Material: All video/audio recordings, live session content, presentation slides, notes, handouts, demonstrations, and any other material shared as part of this course (“Course Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Instructor and are strictly confidential.
2. Restrictions: The Student shall NOT:
Copy, record, screenshot, or download any Course Content beyond what is officially provided
Circulate, share, forward, upload, or distribute Course Content to any third party, whether free or paid
Reproduce Course Content on any platform (social media, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, cloud storage, etc.)
Permit any other person to access the Course Content through the Student's login/access
3. Personal Use Only: Access is granted solely for the Student's personal, non-commercial learning use.
4. Duration: This obligation survives the completion or termination of the course and continues indefinitely.
5. Breach & Remedy: Any breach shall entitle the Instructor to immediate termination of access without refund, and the Instructor reserves the right to pursue legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages for loss caused by unauthorized circulation.
6. Acknowledgment: The Student acknowledges that violation of this clause causes irreparable harm to the Instructor's proprietary rights and professional livelihood.
